Final photos will be delivered within 5–7 days after the shoot.
The number of images and the type of editing depend on the package you choose — some include color correction only, while others also include retouching.

Raw (unedited) files are not provided, as they do not reflect the quality and atmosphere you’ve chosen me for.

I approach each shoot as a creative project and take full responsibility for the final result.
My editing style is natural: I don’t change facial features or body shape, and I don’t “create a new person.” My goal is to enhance your beauty, not to alter it.

Additional photos, detailed retouching, and special requests can be discussed individually.

Photos are uploaded to a cloud storage service, and you’ll receive a download link.
The link is active for 2 weeks or 1 month, depending on the package you chose. After that, the photos are deleted.

I do not store your photos on my computer.

Urgent delivery: additional 15, 000 KZT on top of the base price.  

Booking is done in advance.
Full payment is made on the day of the photoshoot.
Studio rental is paid separately and in advance.

Rescheduling is possible with prior notice.
When booking a studio, studio policies apply: if you cancel less than 96 hours (4 days) in advance, the payment is non-refundable, and the studio reservation is forfeited.
Please treat this seriously.

Confidentiality of the shoot is discussed in advance.

IMPORTANT: The photographer reserves the right to use the resulting photos and videos featuring you on their website and social media platforms.
If you prefer not to have your images published, please let me know in advance — confidentiality terms can be discussed individually.

By ordering a photoshoot, you automatically agree to these conditions.

I provide recommendations for trusted photo studios in the city. Together, we choose a location that suits you best, confirm the details, and then you proceed with the booking.
Studio rental is only made after our mutual agreement and is paid for by the client.
